The frailejon is a kind of plant that lives in the moorlands of Colombia, Venezuela and Equator. Its main function is to improve the ecosystem, because through the "hairs" it has on its leaves it absorbs moisture from the fog and releases it through its roots when there is drought. In other words, it produces water!
